Vintage Kenwood DC-20x Boombox Stereo "El Poco" Rare Unit (Read Description). Condition is "Used". Vintage 1981 Kenwood DC-20x Boombox Stereo know as "El Poco". This is a very rare high end stereo and is extremely hard to come by. This unit has been tested, the stereos radio works good as it should! and speaker sound is nice as well! I tried testing the cassette player but does not want to play. ( every time I press the play, back , or forward button when the cassette tape is in, I will hear a clicking sound.) I am not knowledgeable on electronics and what this unit may need to be 100% functional. May be a simple fix if you know what you are doing. As far as cosmetic condition for being 40 years old I'd say it's in good overall condition but does show a few flaws pictured!, one small crack in the plastic face as well as 1 very light scratch, the antenna likes to come off its base but can easily be pushed back on but is the original antenna! (Also easily replaceable!). The "AA" battery compartment does have some acid wear pictured above but has not eaten the metal, some simple vinegar should do the trick! Beside what iv listed the unit seam to be in good condition! Please see photos for condition!! I am selling this stereo "As Is" without returns! I am a USA seller based in Oregon!
