Plan procurement actions for all supplies, services, and construction projects requested in support of center wide operations. Ensure all purchase actions are performed in accordance with applicable Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR), Policy Requirement Handbook (PRH), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Provide staff training in purchase procedures, to include improper business practices and personal conflicts of interest. Acquire needed supplies and services from mandatory sources of supply as listed in descending order.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory:
Bachelors degree from accredited four-year college or university.
Two to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid state drivers license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully pass drug test and background check required.
Preferred:
Certified to Level II of the Contracting field for post-award orientation.
Experience with Lawson Computer System.
Completion of Government Contract Law (CON 210); Intermediate Contract Pricing (CON 204); and Intermediate Contracting (CON 202).
