Academic/vocational training school serving young adults ages 16-24 is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk, 32 hours per week with benefits. This position reports to the Finance and Administration Director and is responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties in accordance with corporate, government and management directives. Some essential duties and job functions include:
Petty Cash Reconciliation
Issue and maintain staff meal tickets and cash received.
Prepare travel advances and expense reports.
Other duties or financial support as needed.
Must have High school diploma or equivalent and one year of varied payroll or accounting experience and/or training. Experience with computerized accounting systems required. $12.73 per hour plus complete benefits package including both company paid and optional benefits, paid vacations, sick/personal time, and holidays.
Interested candidates must !Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
