Career Technical Training School is seeking a highly-motivated, professional, student-focused Employment Specialist to join the Springdale team.
Help develop partnerships with employers to support students' training.
Obtain critical industry input to ensure cutting edge training for students.
Track and monitor career placement to ensure short and long term job retention.
Perform other duties and functions as required.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, counseling, or related field.
Two years experience working with youth, with one year experience in sales, marketing, or counseling related services.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as work, excel, outlook and power point, at intermediate level.
Valid drivers license in state of residence with acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully pass all background checks and drug tests that may be required.
Salary negotiable, depending on education, training, and experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
