Key responsibilities include: Performing administrative support for the community including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources
Processing and documenting both AR and AP accounting requests
Organizing and maintaining resident, personnel, marketing, and resource files
Responding to residents'' requests and assisting in the coordination of services to residents
Answering four-line phone system, taking messages, and transferring calls as appropriate
Interacting with Memory Care residents on a daily basis

We seek the following qualifications: High School diploma or GED
One (1) year of related experience including customer service and front office
Proficiency with computers, computer programs (to include excel, word, and publisher), and typing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and clerical skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Flexibility with schedule
Must enjoy working with the senior population

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
