Overview Primary Purpose and
Essential Functions: Assist the
manager
with all clerical duties with the operations of the shop Data entry of
repair
orders and
services
Review and administer time cards and payroll to meet required deadlines. Order fuel and related paper work Background checks for new hires Type necessary memos and correspondence Route inbound shop calls and messages Maintain training, vendor, and misc. files Route all inbound and out bound mail Maintain shop
employee
schedules, training records, personnel records, etc. Miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned Update and maintain all Shop required reports, including but not limited to, the 24Hr down report, the applied labor report, etc. Order all shop office supplies and shop forms Maintain and update shop goals board and driver info stations daily. All other duties as assigned. Skills: High level of keyboard accuracy and speed, Good oral and written communication skills, self-starter, thorough and detail oriented, Ability to work independently, Good interpersonal skills, Good organizational skills, willing to learn new skill sets. Education: High school diploma or GED Experience Required: 1 year office experience preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
