Learning T3 Trainer, PDX9

The Learning Trainer works with all members of the Amazon team and is constantly working to improve the long-term capabilities of associates.
The ideal candidate will measure associates productivity and quality applying learning tools to improve both.
They should maintain expert-level knowledge in all production departments; evaluate and improves processes within work areas; refine learning tools and techniques across the FC; assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning; measure impact of their development efforts; improve associates' job-related skills; develop, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage associate development.
Identity areas for associate cross training and support and implements the training to support the objective; assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans.
Key job responsibilitiesCoaching conversations with new associates to determine appropriate levels of support requiredProviding feedback to all levels of associates and leaders within the FCPerform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rostersDevelop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced associatesLead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associatesAssist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FCProblem Solving
Responsibilities:
react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolveComplete understanding of the safety procedures in the FC to ensure that associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessaryEnsure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change trainingComplete all standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectationEnsure area readiness and area organization for all Learning areas and training locations to ensure they are prepared to support all training activitiesWork within process path regularly (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriersPositively impact and work with our associates to succeed in their rolesA day in the lifeLead training and/or start of shift meetings for a group of 20

Evaluate and improveprocesses within work areas; refine learning tools and techniques across the FC.
Drive operational mechanisms to ensure anexceptional and reliable onboarding experience.
Execute a consistent, best-in-classnew hire experience in a rapid and complex changing work environment.
Use a hands on-approach to facilitate Associate onboarding curriculum that engages and excitesnewly hired employees in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Updating SOPs and SOP certification of Associates and managers.
Giving andreceiving effective feedback.

Troutdale, OR, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
