Job Description:
Madden Industrial is seeking individuals who can proficiently operate 3-5 Axis Machines, including Horizontal & Vertical Mills, CNC, and Lathes for our client in Troutdale, OR.
Pay:
$22+/DOEShift:
Monday - Friday Swing ShiftCNC Lathe & Mill Operator
Responsibilities:
Operate manual or CNC machine tools, saws, and hand tools to produce products according to quality specifications.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Achieve company goals and objectives.
Solve practical problems and handle various situations with limited standardization.
Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Maintain positive communication with interdepartmental customers.
Demonstrate judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard problems.
Perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
CNC Lathe & Mill Operator
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of practical machining experience preferred.
Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
Basic understanding of shop math.
Comfortable with basic Windows operating system software and Industrios software.
Ability to handle exposure to graphite dust, moving machinery, and occasional fumes with provided protective equipment.
Capable of working in moderate noise levels.
Able to occasionally lift 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
